Culoare: maroniu închis, netransparent. Spumă cremoasă şi persistentă. Carbonaţie foarte slabă sau nulă.

Aroma: malţ prăjit, caramel şi un iz de pâine prăjită.

Gust: amărui de malţ prăjit cu note de caramel şi un iz lemnos, puţin astringent. Corp mediu, poate puţin cam apos, textură uleioasă, echilibrată ca profilarea ingredientelor. Finish scurt ca intensitate, amărui cu note de caramel şi malţ prăjit.

Irish stout. Strong dark brown. Weak carbonation or no carbonation. Long lasting creamy head, nice lacing. Caramel aroma, with roasted malt and a hint of toasted bread. Roasted malt taste with hints of wood, caramel. Medium body, a little bit watery, oily texture, low intensity. Short intensity aftertaste with hints of roasted malt or bread. Nice Irish Stout made in UK.
